The practice begins with breath work and conditioning drills appropriate to the theme of the class.  We then progress with fluid vinyasa movement, sequencing poses in an energising way.  The aim of my classes is to educate with biomechanic techniques,  geometric intelligence and esoteric concepts to give you a  joyful and sustainable yoga experience.
